For YYP’s 20th Anniversary, we are pleased to launch the Live, Work, Play (LWP) Tour! YYP’s 20th Anniversary is presented by CGA Law Firm and York Traditions Bank!
The LWP tour is a pilot tour program building off of past YYP events such as a home tour, but with a twist of focus on various residencies, creative work spaces, and opportunities for entertainment with in York City.
Consider this tour a behind the scenes look and a chance to learn of lesser known details on places to live, work, and play in York!
In its pilot year, this tour will be concentrated and focused in on the Market & Stadium District of Downtown York. The Live, Work, Play tour will include stops to form a one-day program on Saturday, July 27. Attendees stop at a total of 9 destinations over 5 hours (12:30 pm – 5:30 pm).

WHAT TO EXPECT
Coordinated open house visits to 3 Live Stops, 3 Work Stops, and 3 Play Stops in Downtown York.
Guests will experience living options, behind the scene looks at some favorite play locations, and open doors on different working spaces in the Downtown.
Each stop will feature light refreshments from favorite local restaurants, breweries, bars, or vendors. Live Work Play attendees will receive special discounts to a heap of downtown locations that will be good throughout the day.

Do I have to be a YYP member to participate in the Live Work Play Tour?
No, but you would need to pay the non-member fee of $25.

Is the tour led by a guide or can I tour as I please?
There are options to have guided tours, please indicate which you would prefer in your ticket purchase. General tickets are un-guided tours and provide attendees with more flexibility during the 5 hour period to drop by at locations for as long as they choose.
How do I start the day?
All guests will have to check-in by 12:30 pm at York Traditions Bank in Downtown York. At York Traditions Bank you will receive your tour badge, map, and LWP special discounts guide. From there all of the stops will be open for visits until 5:30 pm.
