To serve as a catalyst for progress in making York a more enjoyable and vibrant place to Live, Work, and Play.

Our History
York Young Professionals was founded in 1999, with the goal of fostering interaction between young professionals, community residents, stakeholders and our business community.

Who are our members?
While our median age range is 25-35, we consider “young” a state of mind, not a number. We welcome people of all ages to join.

Why do people join YYP?
Our members join for many reasons! Networking, social interaction, professional development, outreach opportunities, event access, program discounts, friendships, and to learn more about and connect with the community.
